February is nearing the end and there is little sign of spring in the weather. We had snow, sleet and freezing rain last week and some more liquid and solid precipitation forecast for tonight. Jack Frost was busy last night working on leaves and a puff ball.

Wilmington, NC

I was in Wilmington, North Carolina recently where spring is well ahead of Delaware. It was encouraging to see green leaves and camelias in bloom.
