Wetlands Caterpillar

My photography centers on bringing interesting subjects found in nature to anyone who cares to look at my work. This morning I waded into a very wet, muddy marsh to look for insects. Several will be dispalyed here over the next few days, and I am starting with this beautiful caterpillar feeding on a wet leaf. I cannot find this one in the field guides I have so if anyone can help with the identification I will be most appreciative.

Credit goes to Pam Bieler who identified this guy as a Smeared Dagger Moth caterpillar. Thanks Pam!
