I took this photograph of these kids playing on the beach as the sun set on a hot August day last summer. That was exactly 6 months ago. Happy New Year to everyone and thanks to all of the people who have visited my website this past year. I look forward to taking and posting exciting new photographs in the coming year.

Early this morning the clouds from yesterday’s snow storm were pushing out to sea. As the sun broke through at dawn on the last day of Fall, this walkway to the beach was not quite as inviting as it is on a hot July morning.
