Sun Rise Snow Geese

Snow Geese are here in large numbers now, and this large group had spent the night on open water. As the first rays of the rising sun lit them up they jumped to head for a field to begin their day searching for food.

Tony, You’ve captured so many beautiful birds that it’s difficult to comment on any one photograph. I just love looking thru them all.
We have bald eagles and osprey nesting by our home on the central oregon coast but I’ve never seen them up close like your photographs. You must have a lot of patience waiting for the right moment to snap. Love your web-sight. Stede
