Asterias forbesii

We know it simply as a starfish, but this five legged sea dweller is one of many sea stars. It is within a subgroup called asteriid sea stars, which means it has 4 rows of tube feet. I liked the spiral waves that formed around it as it meandered slowly on a tidal flat.
