A short 21 days ago I photographed this scene of Lewes harbor on a cold morning with a fresh cover of snow. This morning here in Lewes the sunrise temperature outside was 63 degrees with an expected high temperature this afternoon of about 75. Although a cold front is forecast to come through tonight the rest of the week will see temps well above freezing. It’s too early to count on frost free nights and to say that ‘spring has sprung’, but maybe we can get away with saying winter is in the rear view and spring is sprunging.
